Papa Treatment Rides is operated by registered sole proprietor Matthew Burks. Family and friends may claim a treatment ride without agreeing to receive SMS/text messages.
How consent is collected
After selecting an open ride and choosing Claim ride, the user enters a name and ride-contact phone number. A separate SMS consent checkbox appears next to the disclosure below. The checkbox is optional, is unchecked by default, and must be actively selected to opt in. The Claim button remains available when the checkbox is left unchecked.

Message program
- Message type: transactional treatment-ride confirmation and reminder texts.
- Message frequency varies and is generally two messages per claimed ride.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
- No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
