Papa Treatment Rides is a private family coordination service operated by registered sole proprietor Matthew Burks and used to schedule volunteer transportation to treatment appointments. This policy explains how information submitted through the dashboard is used.

Information we collect

When you claim a ride, we collect your name, mobile phone number, the appointment you selected, and an email address only if you choose to provide one. The family organizer may also store appointment locations, times, notes, and contact details needed to coordinate transportation.

How we use information

We use this information only to coordinate treatment rides, display the schedule, contact you about the ride when necessary, and, if you separately opt in to SMS, send a confirmation after a ride is claimed and a reminder approximately 24 hours before pickup.

Mobile information

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to service providers such as Twilio and Cloudflare only as needed to operate messaging, hosting, and data storage for this service.

Message frequency and choices

SMS consent is optional and is not required to claim a ride. If you opt in, message frequency varies and is generally limited to two messages for each ride you claim: an immediate confirmation and one reminder approximately 24 hours before pickup. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future texts or HELP for help.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to coordinate rides and maintain the schedule. Access to schedule administration is password protected, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
