Papa Treatment Rides is a private family scheduling service operated by registered sole proprietor Matthew Burks that helps friends and family volunteer for transportation to treatment appointments. By using the dashboard, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to claim only rides you reasonably expect to complete.

SMS program

When you enter your mobile number, check the SMS consent box, and claim a ride, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Papa Treatment Rides about that ride.

• Message frequency varies and is generally limited to an immediate claim confirmation and one reminder approximately 24 hours before pickup for each claimed ride.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of future messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or use the family contact details shown on the dashboard's Info page.
• SMS consent is optional. You may leave the consent box unchecked and still claim a ride; you will not receive text messages for that ride.

Ride changes

If you can no longer provide a claimed ride, use the dashboard's Shop it option as soon as possible so another volunteer can claim it. The family organizer may edit, reopen, or cancel appointments as treatment plans change.

Delivery and availability

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. The dashboard and messaging service are provided on an as-available basis, and users should confirm urgent schedule changes directly with the family organizer.

Privacy

Use of personal and mobile information is governed by the Privacy Policy.
